NotaPensi provides three categories of offerings:

• Professional Services: personalized documentation and notary support for seniors.
• Information Products: guides, manuals, and digital courses.
• Goods: printed materials and toolkits.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept major payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize NotaPensi to process charges for selected offerings.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Services

Clients may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer the appointment to another individual or reschedule at no extra charge.

Certain assignments, such as certified notarizations, incur third-party processing fees and travel expenses. These fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced. We will clearly communicate any non-refundable portions at the time of booking.

4.2 Information Products

Digital guides and courses are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

If you wish to the product for another digital offering, please contact us and we will facilitate the without additional charges.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be d or requested for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in original condition. Shipping fees are incurred by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a replacement or process a refund within 14 business days.
